Due to credit card processing fees and employee costs, all refunds are subject to a $50.00 per room processing fee or 10% of deposit, if greater. Group reservations are considered multiple room reservations.

The balance is due at check-in and your credit card on file will be processed unless otherwise noted. We accept cash, personal checks, travelers checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations will be issued a unique cancellation code for recordation by the guest to confirm the cancellation; cancellations without this code will not be valid.

PLEASE NOTE: due to poor economic situation, there is currently at least a 2-3 WEEK processing timeframe on all refunds. We apologize for this inconvience.

Romance Package (non-alcoholic) - $79.00 This non-alcoholic romance package will be delivered prior to your arrival and/or at your request to your room. It includes a vase of a dozen fresh roses, a box of chocolates, and a bottle of chilled sparkling cider. The standard color of the roses are red and/or sometimes red/orange dark tones depending on best quality available at the time. For other colors please request 7 days prior.
Romance Package (alcoholic) - $89.00 This romance package will be delivered prior to your arrival and/or at your request to your room. Absolutely - if you give us at least 7 days we can come up with creative packages including cakes, balloons, massage, etc. Please call in advance to customize your package. Package price depend on items, starting at $75.00.
Complete Romance - starting from $130.00 Everything romantic! Your room will be decorated with Roses, rose petals, cake, champagne, chocolates and balloons, all ready for you upon arrival. Please book at least 7 days in advance.
