Tena's Stuffed French Toast
4 Eggs
¼ cup of Milk
2Tbl of Vanilla
3 teaspoons of Cinnamon
Texas Toast
Stuffing:
¼ broken Pecans
8oz of Philly cream cheese
Apricot preserves/fruit spread Put in microwave for 45seconds and you have a great apricot glaze
Cooking:
Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon in a pie plate. In a bowl combine cream cheese and pecans and put in microwave for 20 seconds to make it more spreadable. Put Texas toast in egg solution and spread pecan stuffing, flip toast and soak up the egg solution. Put on grill for about 8 min and turn. (You may also put in bits of cooked apples in your cream cheese & Pecan mix). Cut toast in half and spoon on Apricot glaze and sprinkle with powder sugar.
